Pastor Charity is our Worship and Fine Arts Pastor. The oldest daughter of Reverend Dwight and Dottie Dozier, she is no stranger to the ministry. She herself has served as Interim Youth Pastor and spent some time as an evangelist. Pastor Charity attended Central Bible College in Springfield, MO, studying Sacred Music and Pittsburg State University, in Pittsburg, KS as a Music Education Major. Pastor Charity and her husband John were married July 13, 2002. They have served as Youth Pastors and Senior Pastors in various churches. In 2006, God opened the door for Pastor Charity to join the staff of First Assembly. She has spent many years involved in drama, musicals and choir, both on stage and as director. As Fine Arts Pastor, she is excited for the opportunity to use her talents, skills and experience in providing excellent productions at First Assembly. Also, as our Worship Pastor, she believes a balance of old and new, hymns and choruses, provides a worship experience, which encourages all to "enter in". Pastor Charity believes God has awesome things in store for First Assembly and is honored to be a part.
